The pictures say it all. The food looks scrumptuous, clean and so appealing. The dishes virtually pop off the plate. The idea of vegetarian 'cuisine' along with the variety of flavors and the sleekness of preparation speak to the care, effort, imagination and professionalism you lend to this endeavor. I think you have something here. Continued success. You shoule list the recipes. I would be interested in trying some of them.

ReplyDeleteWe don't have exact recipes for anything we did that night, but do plan on taking notes in the future to make them replicable for others (and those will be posted).
This is an awesome project. It's got me thinking about planning a trip down to Boston to coincide with a dinner. Hope all's well Jared!
